Does Canada informs another country when a citizen of that country becomes a Canadian citizen? This is to do with some of the properties that I own in my home country.

No it is not possible.

nope they will not. I had the same questions before. I had the same problem and I ended up taking a dual citizenship to avoid any problem in the future
