Landed in Canada on the 18th Of Feb 2014 and the PR card expires on the 17th April 2019

Q1) Based on the fact above when will I qualiphy for citizenship to apply for citizenship based on the current rule?
Q2) I am told the 2017 will not count towards citizenship as I was out of Canada for more than 6 months?
Q3) Based on the facts above I will be allowed for renew my PR card?
Q4) Based on my calculation I should be able to apply for citizenship on the sep 30th 2019? Please confirm if it is true?

The best way to answer Q1, Q2 and Q4 is to fill the Physical Presence Calculator (by the way you need 1460 physical presence days) . Link below:

As for Q3, Yes.

2/18/2014 plus 1460 days requirement plus 485 days absent = 6/17/2019 -- you can apply on this date
plus give a few days buffer to be safe.
