Citizenship interview

Hi,
I would like to ask 2 questions please.
1-I have got a fingerprint request and it was received by IRCC, but so far I haven't had a 4th line like others that they sent a correspondence. Is that normal?
2-Does everyone go to the citizenship test have to undergo a citizenship interview?, I would like to know to find a translator for the stamps in my passport.

I cannot answer your first question. It might be that your security clearance takes longer. For some countries it takes longer than for others.
Yes everybody has an interview right after their test and you need to submit translations for all foreign stamps in your passport that cannot be understood by a Canadian person, in other words e.g. written in Arabic including dates.
My understanding is these stamps have to be translated in written form. I am not sure whether you intended to bring a translator to the interview? The are services that provide you with translations in writing.
