Citizenship for US born Minor to Canadian Parent

Hello,

I immigrated to Canada from India and got my citizenship in 2005. Since then I am living in USA. My child was born in USA in July 2008.

1. Can my child get citizenship by descend ?
2. If not (as I was not born in Canada), how can he get Canadian Citizenship ?
3. In order for him to get citizenship, do I need to move to Canada ?

I'd appreciate any help/information on this.
