Citizenship for newborn outside canada

I'm Canadian citizen and i`m currently in CANADA i have one daughter who was born in CAIRO almost 1 year ago and i did not apply for her yet ,my wife is Kenyan citizen they are both in EGYPT so what i can do to bring my daughter here due to the safety issues in CAIRO any solutions which can be immediate at least temporary passport ????????????????????

As long as you were either born in Canada or a naturalized citizen and became a citizen before your child was born, you pass on citizenship to her. You would have to apply for proof of citizenship for her, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof.asp The fastest way to do this would be through the embassy in Cairo. If you show proof of travel and mention the urgency of travel, you can apply for a temporary passport at the same time.
