Hi fellow members just a quick Question
Any one knows what is called LINC
CERTIFICATE called which ircc accept for citizenship English requirement

government funded program only accepted
for english link laval 4 or hire
french link laval 3 or hire
other wise you can pass third party exam pass certificate
