Citizenship English Requirement

Hi. I have completed high school from Saudi Arabia from an English medium school. However my diploma shows that I passed English but doesn't state that the classes were in English. Can this be an acceptable document to complete the English requirement?

Do you have the IELTS credential from when you got your PR? Else get a letter from the High School which states that medium of instruction was in English. It worked for my application.
