hi, it appears we need a canadian citizenship certificate for our 3 year old daughter. She was born in Belgium to a Canadian father and Dutch mother, and we immediately got a passport for her. I went to renew her passport, the consulate told me I needed her Canadian citizenship certificate that she would have gotten when she got her passport. BUT SHE DIDNT GET ONE! Has anyone else had this problem?
