I applied 9 months ago for citizenship with last update 7 months ago which is In progress. Please advise what shall I do?

I applied from Toronto, but file was sent to Mississauga - the IRCC agent on the phone said there's nothing they can do until exactly 10 months from my date of submission ( I am still a few days away from that day)

If you want to call IRCC, today may be a good time: it's the civic holiday in many places, but not a statutory holiday in Quebec, which is where the IRCC call center is - I called this morning and only waited for 7 minutes

I just looked at the IRCC website for oath ceremony schedules - it shows Scarborough doesn't have any scheduled for the month of August, and Mississauga has it almost everyday Mon-Fri, sometimes twice a day. It seems like the rumor that 'Nov submissions are moved to Scarborough for test while Mississauga focuses on oath' is true -- in that case, we Oct applicants just got double screwed again, will probably not get the test invite while watching Nov applicants finishing test and moving back to Mississauga for oath...

If I call them what should I tell them. I am still having 25 days till the 10 months period.
