Hello there,

I received my Citizenship application back after 4 months, CIC saying that I didn't meet the photo specification (My photo weren't taken in the last 6 months). Do I have to fill another form or do I just change the photos and send back the same form?

Anyone with similar issue or is there anyone who dealt with this kind of issue before ? Thanks.

Send it back with new citizenship photos (as per specification on CIC website)

Make sure you have name of photographer, studio address, date photo taken along with Name and date of birth
Costco, Walmart, Superdrug etc. can provides photo services for citizenship

I appreciate the suggestions but what I am confused about is do I have to send a new application with a new physical presences calculator form or the one that was sent back is still acceptable since the only thing CIC mentioned was about the photos? Thanks.

You can send the same application back with the previously sent calculator
Only include new pictures

An application is staledated when the Minister receives the application 91 days after the signature date indicated on the form. Staledated applications are returned to the applicant at the time the kit is received. directly from cic
