I know its not mentioned in the vhecklist but is it better to keep the pr card copy in the application set. Please advise

Document checklist is for a purpose. No meaning in providing them with something that they don't need.

I provided a copy of my PR plus the NoA/T4. They did not ask for them but I received my AoR without problems.
