Citizenship Application for Minors

Hi,
We are going to apply for citizenship for our three kids below 18 under Subsection 5(1). We would appreciate should anyone guide us on the following questions:

1. Without any adult applying at the same as the minor's application, would there be any issue in accepting and processing the application?
2. In Minor application form question 6G regarding addresses for the 5 years:
   • Should we start from the recent date and then the past one or vice versa?
   • For the current address, should we write the current date (the date of application) or "Till to date" or anything else?
3. If the minor's application was posted before he/she turns 18 but reaches the office after he/she turns 18, will there be any issue with the application?
