Hey folks,
I have a few questions regarding the citizenship application since it looks like I'll soon meet the requirements to submit it
1) I have been on a PGWP before becoming a PR; each day I spent in Canada within the five years window counted as 1/2 day up to max 365 days, correct?
2) I have been 7 months straight in my home country (working remotely) while having PR and maintaining my address in Canada and paying taxes in Canada. My understanding is that I have to request a police certificate - Is anything else that is required given the 7 months absence from Canada? Will I have to include this address on the citizenship application or I only use the Canadian address?
3) My spouse (now PR) arrived in Canada on a visitor visa, and then was on implied status after we got married before getting the open work permit. Do all these days count 0.5 (including implied status)?
Thank you!
