This says it all ! makes SO much sense. They are shooting themselves in the foot by alienating the very large international student base who not only contribute so much to Canada by way of tuition but then later on also go on to contribute to the labor force when they become PRs and citizens - - with the added advantage of being able to count time spent in Canada as a student working IN (and not against, as is being proposed) THEIR FAVOR !
