I have been having a problem with CIC website login to EE system for a long time.

every time when I input account, passwd, then click next button step by step,

it will spin around or back to the first home page : please choose English or French . then I just do everything again ,

sometimes, I need tried this for almost 15 minutes,

any idea, How to avoid it . why no one complain it to CIC website.

I also asked another person who is using the EE system too, she is experiencing the exactly same thing.

any idea ? how to avoid it, I tried cleaned all the auto save infor , it doesn't work . still spin around with this login process.
 
I think its a problem with cookies and cache. Try logging in using incognito mode and/or using a different browser. ex: Firefox instead of Chrome
 
In addition to above step, You could try logging in using bank account option instead of GC Key.. its easy there. You ll need to link your profile to bank account

GC Key User id password system is screwed sometimes and does not allow to login till 7-8 iterations.. I faced this problem for months

me too , I will try how to link to bank account to avoid this.

I too faced same logic problem today. However, when i tried again it worked! Same issue happened on 9th as well :P

Try the solutions others recommended. Wish you good luck!
