Hi. I'm trying to upload the last of the files for a VR extension through the CIC website. One is the IMM5708 form, which is a PDF, and the other is our financial info, also a PDF. Allegedly this file format is fine. I was also able to upload a .doc file earlier.
I'm getting this message now, though.
Uh... My file even ends in .pdf. I honestly have no idea what to do. I can change one of the documents to a different file type, but I can't change the government form, which is necessary to finish this. Please help. I've tried repeatedly and even done things like rename the file, but it's not working. ):
