CIC verification and schedule 3

Please see this image, I got this from this forum itself. Part of document which CIC uses to evaluate applications. Based on this following is my question related to Schedule 3 form

Schedule 3 Form help


part 12(b)
My past designations were
-Network and Security Executive
-Network Contractor
-Team Lead - Technical Support Department
-Technical Support Engineer
-Subject Matter Expert

I have written NOC 2281 for all of these


In 12(a) I have written Network Administrator and NOC is 2281 because if you search my designations in NOC categories website you will not get it thats why I wrote Network Administrator however duties are same. What should I write in 12(a) because this document by CIC says that 12(a) should have a designation which is right now in 12(b).

Why are you confusing this so much ?

What you have done for 12(b) is fine. For 12(a) just mention Computer Network Technician and the corresponding code which is 2281.

Among all the NOC Codes specified in 12(b) - which one do YOU want to select as your PRIMARY NOC ? Answer is - 2281, because in your case ALL occupations under 12(b) are 2281.

Therefore answer to 12 (a) is "Computer Network Technician" and "2281". They are asking for your Primary "OCCUPATION". Don't confuse this with designations in 12(b).

They are asking you to select the Primary 'OCCUPATION' corresponding to the designations held under 12(b).
