Hello all,

I sent my permanent residency application back in June 2014 to CIC Sydney processing center. I've noticed they charged my credit card back in early October which mean they received the file and opened it.
From what I understand I should already have received a customer id and a return receipt by email, maybe even a call for medical examination, but nothing came into my mailbox.

I sent an email to the email address I found on their website (no answer), tried to call (phone number doesn't seem to work from outside Canada). Is there any other way to reach them? My guess is that I'll eventually have to send them a standard mail!
