Hi seniors,

Please help me on our case..

I got nomination in SINP under EE stream.. PLEASE answer below:

1. For the CIC stage will they still ask for work description of my DEPENDANT(Spouse)??
as we only have work certification where last position held and dates were stated.

2. Upon receiving of ITA, do i need to submit all requirements with in 60 days including the police clearance, medical or they will ask me to send it on later part??

PLEASE HELP and ADVICE.

Congrats on the nomination :)

Yes, ITA means you have 60 days to submit all required documents.

If you have mentioned your spouse's work experience in the Work History section of your EE profile, you will have to provide evidence (reference letters, etc.).
If you are not claiming points for your spouse's work experience, leave it out of the Work History section, and put it in the Personal History section; this way, CIC will not ask for evidence.

Do not declare your spouse's work history.

Once you receive ITA, the Personal History section will become available.

I see..

Meaning the Certificate of EMployment signed by HR where only last position held and date of employment is not valid??

Thanks!

No, you need a document that includes hours worked, salary, and roles and responsibilities.

It doesn't matter if it's the primary applicant's work experience, or the dependent's work experience; if you are claiming points for this work experience, you need a reference letter.
The reference letter requirements are the same for the primary applicant and the dependent.

If you are not claiming points for it, don't mention it in Work History, and you won't have to provide any documents.

It is only relevant if you have claimed points for her WE. If not then it will not be asked.
