CIC requested a Mexican PCC, I have only spent 4 days there ever.

CIC have just requested that I submit a police clearance certificate for Mexico. I traveled there in 2012 for 4 days. I think the confusion is that in my personal history I put that I traveled for a year and put the country as Mexico (where I started) since I didn't want to reiterate my whole year of travel history that I had put in the travel history section already. Is there a way to contact them and clear up the confusion? I don't see anything in my portal where I can upload a letter or send a message or anything.

Refill the travel history form with the correct details and attach a letter of explanation explaining your error. Also include the scans of the time stamps of entry and exit from Mexico in your passport as proof.

I think it's the personal history form I need to refill, the travel history is correct, where do I find this form?

You are still able to make changes to an existing profile. Click on the application submitted option, then click on view submitted application, this will provide you with two tabs in each section, one of which says 'modify' Click on it and make changes, click on save, exit then sign electronically.

I don't seem to have 2 tabs when I view my submitted application, I only have a list of the docs I submitted and the fees I've paid and a button to upload the new police clearance :/

I've written to them twice now through the web form waiting 10 business days between messages, but have heard nothing. I'm getting a bit worried since I only have 60 days to submit the extra document. What do people normally do in this situation? Should I apply for the police clearance anyway? I don't want to get my application rejected over something so small!
