Dear Sir/Madame;

I am following up about my medical result. I gave birth on July 2, 2013 in Canada to a heathy baby boy. I had cesarian birth and was taking (celexa/citalopram) antidepressant pill due to minor postpartum depression which I told to the panel physician during my physical exam. This depression did not last. I started taking antidepressant pill from September 14,2013-October 14, 2013. I stopped taking the said prescription after I finished the 30 tablets which first prescribed to me by my ob/gyne ' because I was feeling better already and I did not like taking that prescription due to side effects. Then I went to my ob/gyne for follow up and told her that I was okay already. Not depress and not taking antidepressant pill anymore.
I'm very well now and physically fit and enjoying taking care of my beautiful healthy baby that makes me happy. He is now 4 months old and happy little boy.
I did not attached any medical report about my medical condition during my medical exam because I don't have anything to attach because I did not go for any medical test and doctor said my medical condition is not gonna be a problem.
My physical exam and chest x-ray was done on October 11, 2013 and my laboratory test done on October 21, 2013. It has been almost a month now since I had my medical done and I don't hear anything about it if the immigration have received my medical result.
Just wondering if you have received it. I would be very happy to hear from you.

Your medical results are still in queue ! What kind of joke is this?

How is that results of certain applicants are processed in 1-2 days, while yours is still in queue?

As long as your results themselves (physical check + urine + blood + x-ray) are good, nothing to worry about your medical.

Yeah it is more than a month now and getting worried about postpatum
deppresion that t had after i gave birth. But i feel better now.

Have you got your ecas updated to medical recieved? I noticed you had your medical done on Nov.6, 2013.
I am still waiting for mine and so worried about postpart depression issue that I had but i did not last. I'm very well now.

I'm sorry to say this but you guys are being ridiculous now:

ronan - you've been told, and can look it up in the manuals that post-partum depression is NOT considered to be a cause for in admissibility - Canada's main concerns are: TB, HIV and syphillus. Your email was unnecessary and uses CEC resources.

Eds - you and I spoke briefly on private message that you are out of control - you did your medical less than a month ago. Stop hassling CEC: make a decision that if you don't receive PPR by a certain date then you will apply for BOWP so that you are covered in the event that your company lays you off.

You are both winding each other up and there is honestly no reason to do so. Everything will work itself out.

Thanks for your reply I appreciate it. Just being worried for no
reason. I just wanted to make sure that everyrhing with my application will be alright.
Can you tell me where can I see that manuals that you are talking about. I just worried that CIC might think I have mental illness and ask for test.

I agree lpc ! My mind is a bit unsettled over certain things. I guess , as you say, have no choice but to wait a bit longer and stay stronger .

I'm just going to stay out of forum for a while . Will update the forum once I get next communication from cic!
