What do I answer for the question that says, Would you work off-Campus while studying in Canada.

Yes or NO ?

Would it affect my Visa if i answer yes ?
And If i answer no, wouldn't they issue me the work permit to work part time ?

Try under fake name and you will see. Usually, if you answer YES, the site will tell you are ineligible.

Since July 1, 2014 a foreign student does not need a OWP.
