CIC processing time in 2019

Nationality : Indian,
Current residence : US
Got AOR on 14.12.2018, Medical done on 24.01.2019,
family of 4( 2 adults, 2 minors), still waiting PPR, crossed 222 days still waiting,

BG message :"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Can any of you comment on the processing time in 2019 ? Is this normal in 2019 ?
