CIC PR application returned

Hello friends. ( PLEASE DON'T IGNORE I REALLY REALLY NEED YOUR HELP)
i have a problem, i was applying for PR after i was nominated by MPNP to cic on Dec 29,2014.
but today when i check my p.o box then i get my returned PR application dated 24 March 2015 ( today is 29 May 2015)
and here the problem is my MPNP nomination certificate is already expired on the 30th March 2015.
so what can i do to reapply for PR? casue my nomination paper is already expired.

please i really need help, i am disparate

You need to contact AINP and extend your Nomination Certificate ASAP! After you receive the new one reapply for PR. Why did they send your application back?

You need to contact AINP and extend your Nomination Certificate ASAP! After you receive the new one reapply for PR. Why did they send your application back?

first i am not AINP (i think it means "Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program") i am MPNP ( Manitoba provincial nominee program) nominee.
if you have any information about the procedure i have to go to extend my MPNP nomination certificate please let me know.

second, you ask me about the reason of return.
On the letter they send me, it says i miss a single form which i was suppose to include with my application.
and the form i didn't include was " Supplementary Information-Your Travels [IMM5562] " since i don't have any travel history in the past i thought it wasn't necessary and didn't include it at all. But they need it weather i had a travel history or not.
In addition i am the one who got the post lately cause i didn't check my mail box for a long time. ( the return package might spend lots of weeks in my mail box)

they also state if my application is revived prior to the expiry date ( March 30, 2015) an extension will not be necessary but it is already expired. so i have to get an extension.

Are you inland applicant? if so you can directly step into their office to request a extension letter.

Else email them and explain your scenario , include you file number and the letter from CIC. they will have no problem in sending you a new letter with extended time. Once you are nominated by Manitoba its not that hard to get a extension letter.

I have personally asked them about this scenario, above answer is what I got.

what file number should i include? the MPNP file number or the UIC number which the cic wrote on my returned PR application?

If ielts is in the checklist than you need to provide it with your application. IELTS and nomination letter Must be valid. CIC is not there to entertain your own procedure, they got a very strict guideline to be followed. Please read the following application guide before even start filling up the forms.

Not yet.
Because i want to ask for extension after i know the exact day of my ielts result will be received, other wise if i get the extension now and the ielts takes more time, it will be a second disaster. Cause in case if some thing happens in the application then i can do what i have to do before my certificate expired again.

I applied to cic on 17/12/2014 with nomination letter that I got it in 1/12/2014 from nova scotia state with all sighed documents and original police certificate and I paid by using cried card (payment form) every thing is ok but in 7/5/2015 I received email from cic that my application returned to me due to payment issue and my file will returned to me by regular mail .I discovered that my stupid bank did not increase my cc on line with 1500 $ because the bad procedure in operation department . any way mu nomination will expired in 30/6/2015 so I acted very fast and print anew application and issue new police certificate and new photos and I did not have any problem with ielts bec it will expired in 2017 and resent it and now cic delivered it on 28/5/2015

during that I emailed my immigration officer several time but no response and today I called her and told all stories that she had them but she told me don't worry you applied before the certificate ended . I will wait another 4 months and I don't know what the another scenarios waiting me I am shock until now but at least I replay the application to cic before my certificate end

now please do the ielts very fast and at this moment call the immigration officer and send a lot of emails to extend your certificate all tell him I need some times to do my ielts and then I will request that immediately or see what immigration officer suggesting ?? I am not sure the extension of certification is so easy. may be you need to negotiate and fight for that

otherwise u need to give.
