Dear All,

thank you for looking into this question. Currently I and my sponsor are living together. But soon she will leave for Canada to have my sponsorship applicant processed. For now I will fill all my documents electronically and sign on the printed copy. But in any case if there is some information that needs to be updated and form needs to be refilled and resigned, can I use my digital signature and email the form to my sponsor?

thanks

???

Good question but i don't know the correct answer .So far any updated forms i have sent to my husband the applicant via email or i have posted them and he has sent them back back mail . Now if they asked me to email them the forms then i would go digital.

As far as all the info I have received from them, it's got to be a scanned and signed copy of the requested document. At least that's what the email I received said.

No. All signatures must be hand written by the individual signing the document. Scans are not acceptable. CIC will only accept actual penmanship.
