Hi All,
I received my medicals request, landing fees request and newly updated background history last month. The total file size exceeded more than 5 mb as i need to send them copies of medical receipts landing fees receipts along with updated background forum. It was mailed to them 3 days before the last date, and on monday my representative got email from them that email attachments exceeded the file size more than 5 mb. so we have emailed them new compressed documents on monday asap. my only concern is since they replied us after the last day of sending documents, will it affect my file processing in any ways ?
documents send on 6 june { 3 days before last date. 9mb}
got reply from cic on 12th june regarding file size issues
compressed documents sent 12th june {4mb}
please share your views & experiences regarding this issue.
