1560 hours in one year = 30 hours per week, AKA "full time." If you are part-time, by definition, it will take longer than one year to achieve the required hours. So perhaps you can clarify how you mean "part time" etc?

Thanks for your reply so, if i am working 1560 hours in a year with my single part time job, some weeks i work 20 hours, some week 30 hours and some week around 40 hours, will it be counted as a my 1 year experience? i have open work permit and NOC B job

So, you have a combination of part-time and full-time hours. Any time you work 30 or more hours, IRCC considers it "full-time", regardless of what your employer calls it. Doesn't matter if you work 30, 40, or 80 hours per week, it is just one full-time week, same as 30 hours.

If you are "counting hours," you cannot count more than 30 hours per week.

Example:

Week 1 : Work 20 hours count 20 hours
Week 2:: Work 35 hours count 30 hours
Week 3: Work 15 hours count 15 hours
week 4: Work 40 hours count 30 hours....

Then, when you reach 1560 hours, you will have the full-time equivalent of 1 year. Again, by definition, this will take longer than one calendar year.

Which means you have to work 52 weeks where you have work atleast 30 hours in that week. If i understand you correctly in my case i can count only weeks where i have worked minimum 30 hours

You can also count the hours in weeks when you worked under 30hours. Total those hours divide by 30 and round down to get the equivalent number of full weeks.

You did not understand me correctly. In the example I provided, I showed you how you can count weeks where you worked less than 30 hours...

Another way to count, as monkeyspanner suggested, is to first count all your full-time weeks. Then add up all your part-time hours and divide by 30 to get the full-time equivalent (FTE) of those weeks. Add your full time weeks and your FTE weeks; when you have 52, you have met the one year requirement.
