Have you ever thought of completing and submitting the online survey on CIC website. It appears after you log off your e-case.
Take out some time and submit it. In the last suggestion box you can give them idea how you want to see the e-case. This will help them improve the boring look of e-case.
I did the survey and suggested them to attach a pdf copy of the letter which they mention in the e-case that A letter have been sent on...blah blah, so applicants have some idea of the content of the letter as one cannot rely on their snail mail.
