I am applying for a Student Visa to study in Canada. I am from the USA. I have all of my documents prepared in PDF format in the correct file size limitations ready to submit to the CIC website, but for some reason EVERY time I try to upload the IMM1294 application pdf file (Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1294)), it gives me this error message:

It's been like this all night. Is anyone else having this problem? Am I supposed to submit an online application only during business hours? I have no idea, but needless to say I am incredibly frustrated. If anyone has any insight on the issue, please respond. Thanks!
