CIC office timings? Sydney NS

Anyone knows the working hours for CIC office?

I am planning to send my application on Dec 23 and the only option I have is Purolator. They are saying that the package will delivered to Sydney NS on Dec 24 before 6.00 PM.

I am afraid what if the CIC office working hours are only till 5.00 PM and my package is not delivered on time? If this happens my package will be delivered on Dec 27 (which I don't want to happen)

Any suggestions? I tried FedEx too - same thing.

Try Fedex priority they will ship it by 12 noon next day.

I just called FedEx and they said FedEx Priority Overnight is the only option - which is next day
