cic lost my passport

hello everyone ,

i am so confused with this situation .recently i applied for TRV on 30 October amd it was approved by 8 December .
they mailed me on 11 on dec and 13 dec it showed delivered on tracking number .
but it was never deliverd to adress
next thing i did is called canada post and they opened ticket .. but didnt got any response. they told that it was not in toronto bla bla ..

i called CIC which took me 5 hours because call getz dropped evry now and thn . finally i got in touch to representative.. explained her whats going on..... shw was not ready to help finally she agreed to look in to files and told me that unfortunately we have put ur passport in wrong envelop and i lost my patient ..
i told i hve to go back india on 9 jan she was not understandings my point and denied to give me any information about address ..
i am so worried and confused what to do
where should i complaint

please help me out guys

contact your nearest embassy immediately and inform them of the situation. hope you have copies, other documents to verify the situation.

Hi,
I have a same issue with my passport and when I called CIC and asked for my passport they said it dispatched on 11 december but did not received any parcel from canadapost
