CIC Login Issue - GC Key

Dear members,

Can anyone please share on how to resolve the below thing:

While logging on to cic website using GC key, most of the time it takes back to the CIC home page or ends up in session expired.
Have tried on different browsers too but the same result. Many times it logins after 7th or 8th try

This is the normal. It happens with everyone.
