CIC Form Schedule4 is it okay to have the signature typed instead of handwritten

Just heard someone got her files returned from CIC because her signature on Form schedule 4 was not handwritten...I have been waiting for my FN for 2 months and now I am wondering what I could do with my application... Can I send another form Schedule 4 to my application?

I think that signature has to be handwritten.

It doesn't hurt to try to send the form to Sydney while you wait, but I don't know if they gonna put it in your file without AOR.

Thank you for the reply. Yes that's what I am thinking... will call them tmr see if they can put that in my file... because the "document complete check" is before giving out the FN right? My application was received mid Jan. 2015 and they havent done any complete check on my application I believe.... So I am so curious that if they could help me put that form in my application package... I could give them my client ID....
