cic forgot to process my app??

This is for my friend.

she applied online and uploaded requested doc a month ago.

it seems like CIC did stop processing her file since they requested more doc.

Can she contact cic to remind them/ ask her file ? (she applied on May 30th )

She can of course try contacting them but all they will likely say is application is in process, they will not expedite anything so will take as long as it takes. As long as is the system still.
