CIC Express Entry Skilled Worker questions. Job bank match service.

Hi i have a few questions
1) if i were to apply for express entry (for which i am eligible under skilled worker class A) if i add my spouse in the application, when i get the visa to go to Canada will she come with me or will she have to wait? i know about the IELTS & points system etc.
2) if yes will we both have to give the interview, medical exam, police certificate etc?
3)After i apply on job bank match, will i be offered a job or will i have to find one there myself?
4)Those who have landed in Canada did you had job from job bank or no jobs or did you had to find job on your own or will you find jobs once you get there?
5)Does the Job bank actually works in providing you a job or is it just a formality & you can get a visa to go to Canada with no job in your hand?

1) You'll include your spouse in your application and your spouse will get a visa at the same time as you.
2) You will both have to provide police certificates and go through the medical process.
3) Extremely unlikely you'll be offered a job.
