Same here...no update. Most of other CIC local offices do not take this long. Etobicoke seems to have a long waiting list

For further interview. What s different ?

Those are 2 complete different things/process...

1. If your letter says for further processing then the PR application is not yet completed and CIC may be conducting further investigation. This may take between few months to 2 years as I've read some of the cases here in this forum.

2. If the letter from CIC clearly says "PR Application completed" then what you should be expecting is LANDING interview where you will be required to sign Confirmation of Permanent Residence document. Depending on the CIC office, this may take between 1-12 weeks

So you mean i have to wait proximity 2 years ! Right now i am waiting 28 months so plus 24 more months it s not fair for protect person processing time! It s processing time for protect person is 28 months . So what s happen to cic policy ?
