Hi,

I applied under CEC and got medicals also.
I need to inform CIC about my employer change. Is it sufficient to send them an email?
If so, please tell me the CIC email id.

Thanks in advance.

When emailing the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa you should follow a couple of rules to make sure that
your request will be received and processed.

If your request requires CIC to access your immigration or citizenship file, they will need the following information:
Your application number and the reason for the email has to be stated in the subject line. So this procedure is only
possible after receiving the Acknowledgement of Receipt ( AOR ).

1 - Surname (last name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
2 - Given name(s) (first name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
3 - Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
4 - Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number
5 - Application number ( F#, EP#, E#, B#)
6 - Type of application (Family Sponsorship, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominee, Quebec Skilled Worker)

To make things easier for you, I created a template which can be copied and pasted and used as a template to email CPC-Ottawa. Make sure to edit the template accordingly.
