CIC did not ask for USA Police Clearance

Hello,

I am in US since last few years. I have the ITA for Express entry but somehow in the list of documents to submit my application, they have not asked for Police clearance from USA. They have only asked for India Police Clearance.

Is it normal? I thought they will ask me to submit PCC for US as well since I am Indian citizen currently residing in US.

Yes, you need to submit the police certificate from the US as well as India. In my EE application there was only one upload slot for the police certificates. I simply made a combined PDF with all the PCCs and uploaded that.

Thanks for reply but in the list of documents they have asked the heading of document says Police Clearance India. It did not say Police Clearance USA so I got little confused.

I have stayed in another country. For that also they have asked and specified to send Police clearance of that country as well. So I thought they dont need for USA and I have submitted my application with PC for India & other country. But did not submit any PCC for US

Upload the FBI cert with a letter explaining why you didn't and you shouldn't have any issues.
