Any idea why it's impossible to get a hold of CIC customer service in the last few days?
 
It's been the last few years for me. I managed to get through a month ago though by calling them first thing in the morning. Try calling right at 8:30 your local time. You may still get a 40-minute wait, but this is your chance.

they change their phone menu, i used to select 7 and then 0, any idea what i need to select in order to get a reps that can provide answers?
