Hi all,

Can someone please help me with CIC contact number from US? I tried
1. 1-888-242-2100 - Does not connect
2. +1 613 944 4000 - They say they cannot help with Immigration and PR questions

I received request to submit my passport which states that we should notify them of any change in family composition. So, I raised a web request for the same and are waiting for their reply. But there is no response.

Any pointers in this regard will be of great help.

For a Web request, they generally reply in 5 business days. If that time is over then you can submit one more.
