CIC CAP STATUS

Dear Seniors,
Today i have seen the cap status it is showing 9939 total and i think its just updated today.
My question is that to which date this calculation is either till today??
I hope u r getting my point.

I have applied in mechanical engineer 2132 on 29 october 2014. at that that it was on 300 but now its 624. m i need to worried?

Just remain positive and have faith. Worrying won't change anything. Your application is probably among the 624 already.

Congratulations. You've been charged and that means completeness check has been done on your application so you are definitely withing cap. You should receive PER within 2 weeks.

You next step is to relax and wait for PER.

i have recently forwarded by documents to CIC under FSW program . CIC received my courier on 11th Dec 2014 But still i have not received any confirmation about the receipt of my application.
Still Cap shows 624 filled for Mechnaical engineer .
Is there any chance for my application to be accepted before cap fills?
