CIC cancel the option for inquiry of Express Entry in automated phone service??!!

I submitted my application 6 months ago, and haven't heard anything from CIC. I got a little bit anxious and I called CIC today. Turns out that they cancel the option for Express Entry inquiry in their phone service.

How can I talk to a HUMAN from CIC regarding my application progress？
