CIC asking for fingerprint

HI I have been called for fingerprint while I applied to renew my visa while I am student in Canada. how am I suppose to get my fingerprint done while I am in Canada ? I received a message from cic stating that I need to do fingerprint donein visa office!! Cry :'(I am from Iran and student here in canad since 2011.I know from December/2013 I need fingerprint for entery but not for renewal

You should call or email immigration and ask for the biometrics center in Canada.

I am Iranian and I am living in India, for my Canada student visa I needed to get the Biometrics done and there is no center in India for that.

After sending email to Canadian embassy in India , They me they have biometrics facility inside the embassy in Delhi.

thanks for your help. I contacted their call centre and agent says he cant take anyaction and I have to email to their main office. He also wasn't sure where the office for online application is located. this country has a nice name a nd reputation but cinfusing and unacceptable services from government. I I emailed the office on Ottawa and waiting for respond.
