Hi, I recieve IEC Conditional Acceptance Letter and I filling in apply online on CIC website, but I'm not sure with one guestion.

I would ask how answer on this question. I understand, but I would know which option is best. Give someone from my family access or no? For what is it good?

Are you giving someone access to your application?
1. Yes, I will be appointing a representative to apply on my behalf
2. Yes, grant authorization for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to release your application information to another person.
3. Yes, both appoint a representative and grant authorization to release information to another person
4. No

It is simple. If you have the ability to apply online go ahead and submit your application online. It is easy too.
