CIC Application Returned due to wrong form of paymnet

hi, Seniors Please Help, My application returned back because i sent Bank Cashiers Cheque and my nomination expired. It says i have to request Provience and get approval again and then Resubmit.

Please help me what to do now. Has any one faced the situation.

hi happydwarf. i know a person of the same situation. you do need to request for renewal of your pnp and they would actually send you a new approval letter but it'll probably take take them another 2 months to send you that letter. you can actually refund the payment you've made in the bank by writing a letter stating your reasons to the office stated in the letter they gave you when you got your application package back. then you can send you application again and be sure that you are sending the right payment method to them.
 
Whats wrong in sending Cashier's Check, I sent it and mine got encashed a month ago. Its on CIC site they accept it.
 
in which cic office did you send your application? because as of november last year they limit the method of payment for those applicants whose application where sent to offices outside canada. like buffalo etc.

happydwarf: When did you send your application? I sent a Cashier's check from BoA as well. It has not been cashed yet. Its weird that yours got denied!!
Did you send check worth $550 per applicant?
 
Can you please confirm and clarify the reason why your application was returned? I think it may be because of nomination expiration and not because of the form of payment. If the cover letter from CIC does indicate it is due to form of payment, to what name did you draw the cashier's check? May be that was wrong?

Anyways pls contact AINP asap to get your nomination certificate extended.

HI, i send an email to the person who had sent me request for additional documnets and pay stubs some time back, but no response from them, it is 1 week allready.

Can any one help me , whom do we need to contact.
 
no i havent, i sent a mail to the officer incharge of my file, still not received any reply..do they have any contact numbers..
