What's is difference between CIC AND CBSA? I reported about immigration fraud to CBSA. Do CIC will be able to know about my report.

CBSA is Canadian Border Services i.e the officers you meet when you cross into Canada. CIC is Canadian Immigration and Citizenship, which is exactly what it says so it depends on what you want to report. Marriage or Immigration fraud or misrepresentation as far as residency is CIC while visitor's visas, overstay issues, things of that nature is CBSA.

So in that case, you need to report to the CIC. The CBSA won't be much help other than possibly deporting them. I wouldn't necessarily assume they share info. I'd give it right to the CIC yourself.
 
I would send any report to both just to be sure. It is CBSA that will be deporting anyone, though.

CIC is just telling you to report it directly to CBSA. If you have already reported the fraud to CBSA (as I believe you stated in a previous post), then that appears to be the end of your responsibility.

Besides those two steps (1. report to CBSA, 2. report to your nearest Canadian visa office), that appears to be it. It becomes the responsibility of the agencies (CBSA and/or CIC) to investigate, and unless you have further evidence or information, that's out of your hands.
 
going by your posts, you seem to be jumping the gun at this point. the couple you wish to report aren't married yet, so CIC can't do much. also if they stay together for a year, then they will be considered a common-law couple whether it's for convenience or not. after PR, they need to stay together for 2 years. just because you complained doesn't necessarily means he will be deported.
 
well , first thanks for your replies. The couple is allready married. But , dont live togather . the guy live in other country. He paid to the women so she will sponcer him. I am senior citizen.
I cant see when people use marriage for busniess. Personally , I dont have any issue with couple.
I want to keep clean Canada from fraudesters. Also every one courage me to do so. The real marriages denied because of that kind of people.

you should be doing it. but if this gets serious, you can't be anonymous to CIC because they will want more information. if you believe in what you are doing is correct, then you shouldn't worry about backlash.
 
Thanks for reply. Do you mean I have to give my information to CIC? Well , I will send them all proofs.but for safety reason I cant give them my . information.... Do you think they will not take seriouse if I will not share my information? Why I waste my time if CIC will not pay attention..
....this is CIC job to do investigation... Pls need more information
 
To report a fraudulent case, you should send the information to CSBA. I would also send a copy to CIC.

I would send a letter to the Mississauga case processing centre, address above, and to the visa office abroad that is processing the file (if the person involved has not already arrived in Canada).

You do not have to give them your details. Appeal cases sometimes talk about how the visa office has received a 'poison pen' letter - which is usually anonymous. Nevertheless, the visa office will investigate it, and ask the applicant about the situation in the interview. So send them the information: they will take it seriously, though if they cannot verify the information themselves, nothing may happen. (Nothing may happen even if you do give them your name and contact information.)
 
do remember you don't need to be anonymous from the CIC. they will keep you anonymous from the applicants obviously. but if CIC requires more information, it's good to have means to communicate with you. you don't have to fear about backlash from the applicants as they won't know who you are. CIC won't punish you as well if it turns out to be false.
