Hope all are having happy festive days!
I've been trying to get my head around my visa situation but I'm stuck here. Can anyone help me out?
I have an open work permit and can stay in Canada legally until up to February 10th. I just got married, living in Canada now and planning to apply for PR. It seems like there few different ways to do this and that's where I got stuck.
I want to visit my home and family soon. But I also want to come back to Canada while I'm applying for Family class with a visitor status. Do you guys think that's going to be allowed? I can apply under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class, However, then I cannot go back to my home country.
