Choosing correct application for ECA through WES

Sir/Madam,
I am applying for Mba in Canada. Subsequently, I and my spouse are applying for PR. My query is we have 2 different modes of ECA in WES site i.e. standard application and application for IRCC. Which one do I fit for? If I apply with the IRCC case, will it be accepted when I go for my Mba in Canada?
