Choosing between London and New Delhi Visa Office

Hello all,

I am an FSWP 2014 applicant, and will be sending in my application in the next 10 days, under NOC 1113. I have the option to pick either London (based on current country of residence) or New Delhi (nationality). What are the pros and cons of choosing one over the other? Your inputs will be much appreciated.

Processing time is less in Delhi office. But we need to go India for passport submission for PR stamping at later stage. They may take minimum one month time for stamping.
