Hi, my spouse got pcc from china recently. its in Chinese and needs to be translated and notarized before submission I believe. I want to know if its possible to translate and notarize the document from Canada instead of China.?

You don't need to have a notarized translation unless specifically asked for. You need to get certified translator which according to local regulation performs such duties in a professional manner.

You probably mean if you can have this translation done in Canada? Yes, and the same rules applies, you'll have to find official translator. Review your province rules as to who qualifies as such.
